~Projects~

So far we have concentrated on tree planting, woodland management and infrastructure improvements. The first challenge was     to improve access. There was no access at all when we acquired the land so we put in an entrance track and a small parking area with room for 3 or 4 vehicles maximum. We intend to minimise vehicle usage but plan to make a bit more parking as this is very limiting. A track to the bottom of the meadow was the second stage of this project to improve access.

There is an overall management plan for the whole site, balancing conservation and creation of different habitats with the other projects that we are doing.
